How to Install a mod

HI, excuse for my bad english.
I've a problem.
I've installed everything I needed to use dark spore parts in spore galatic adventure.
When I start the game I can see every part on the windows in my left (so I think I've installed it well)
but when I try to use them on my creature I can't visualize them.
I try to explain better: with the mouse I choose a part and I drag it on the creature that appears in the right of the screen, I realize that the new part is on the creature bu I can't visualize it.
Can you help me to resolve the problem please?

i installed your 2012_DavoUnlimitedComplexityAllEditors mod but its not working... how do i make it work is there something i have to do to activate it?

do you have GA? have you patched your game?

both of these are required to run any mod by me.

first off, if you want to run a mod and you havent patched AFTER installing Galactic Adventures, you are going to need to reinstall everything.

this is the order

SPORE MUST BE INSTALLED IN THIS ORDER

- Install Spore Game
- Patch Spore to 1.5.1 ( Download: http://adf.ly/68fUk )
- (OPTIONAL) Install Spore Cute&Creepy
- Install Spore Galactic Adventures
- Patch Spore Galactic Adventures to 1.5.1 ( Download: http://adf.ly/68fUk )
- (OPTIONAL) Install Spore Dr. Pepper Bot Parts Pack ( Unofficial Download: http://adf.ly/68fUi )

only then will many of these mods work correctly.

if you need help doing anything like running patches and stuff, you have come to the wrong place, im sorry.

it says i dont have spore installed... my guess is cause i use seam do you know of any that i can chose the location of the installation?

Do all mods require GA?

mine do, but some were made before GA. it all depends. i always use the correct install order and all patches and expansions.

Ok, so I hunted down the Spore_EP1_Data.package

Now how do I open it so I can put the trueepicplay.package in it?

Thats not how it works. Just add the file into the GA data folder. Thats it

Oh....why didn't I think of that

. Probably because I'm not very good with this sort of stuff.
Anyway, the mod is amazing. My only complaint is that it sorta messes up your creature's walk animation.
That's my only complaint. And I'm a guy who complains quite a bit.

I dunno if I want to hang around. also, i think it is patch 5 or 6, which the mod is probably based on.

That makes me feel like I'm unwelcome. I feel like complaining about it to someone I convinced myself would care.

Anyways, did you install patch 6 recently before installing mods? i've heard patch 6 sorta messes up the animations sometimes.

Yes, I have installed patch 6. It's sort of confusing though, since I uninstalled it and reinstalled patch 5.1, but I still have the bot parts.
