The PS file comes with multiple choice slots, text templates, all the empire archetype backgrounds, relationship faces and a customizable empire color tab. You can simply edit the hue of the empire color layer to the one you want. The layers are all organized in groups.
You also get a firealpaca version, a paint.net version, and the font used in-game. Make sure you install the font before opening these files. Feel free to post your creation in this thread, id like to see what you come up with
