Parts in Building Editor are not snapping to center

Questions seeking answers can be found here, someone else may have had the same issue and might have a solution.

Remember that mods you download that are created by Davo REQUIRE Spore: Galactic Adventures and REQUIRE your game to be installed & patched in this order.
  • - Install Spore Game
  • - (OPTIONAL) Install Spore C&C
  • - Install Spore Galactic Adventures
  • - Patch Spore and Spore Galactic Adventures to 1.5.1

I installed a bunch of mods and it seems one of them disabled the center snapping in the building editors (all the other editors are fine, it's just the buildings). It's really annoying and I was hoping someone here could point at the mod that made this change so that I could either uninstall it or configure it in the uninstaller. I attached a link to an image below for what mods I have installed (don't mind that some of them are .sporemod files, I couldn't fit the .package files because of DI's files taking up most of the screen).

I also have this problem, and I suspect the ''Advanced CE'' mod.
I no longer thought to check if it was really this mod, but I'm sure, try removing it to see.

EDIT: I thought to check, and yes, I was right! By removing ''AdvancedCE'', the building parts worked properly again. ;)
I'm French, sorry if there are sentences or words that may seem confusing once translated, or other errors... :?

I play the game disk version, on Windows 7.
I have all the game's expansions and it is up to date.

I have Spore Hero too.
