Everyone who bought Spore works for Maxis by doing troubleshooting and technical support.

But we're still not employees, because they don't pay us.

Looks neat, but if it's true that you can't actually create any playable characters then there had better be a TON of customization available. Not a single one of the "creatures" shown there looked too appealing to me.

the spore modkit is open source, im sure it can be used to tweek DS.

I have the Darkspore Beta. I just need to install it when I get the RAM upgrade. Then I got to wait until the next beta session. Say - Will it upgrade to full when the real thing comes out?
