Okay...sounds like you selected "Yes" when the uninstaller asked if you want to remove all your save data along with the game itself. If you have any backups of your hard drive's contents, the PNGs might be there, but if not, then...

...actually, the stuff may still be present in your save data. Go to %Appdata%/Roaming/SPORE and send me everything in that folder. There's a chance the PNGs might still be in those packages, and I'd be more than happy to take a look.

A majority of decals found in the Genetic Parts tab such as the eyes, decals, weapons, and whatnot all look the same to their original counterparts (i'd figure they were rendered to match the Dark injections color scheme). Was this a mistake on my part? Yeah because....yeah

THIRD-PARTY ASSISTANCE INTENSIFIES
Dark Genetics is a bit more difficult to install than most mods. There are specific instructions in the OP. Did you follow them exactly as written? If not, do that. If so, try adding "!!!_" to the beginning of the name of the Dark Genetics package.

Sorry if I caused any confusion. I've been met with other issues aside from those parts. I've fixed those; that's what I was implying with "everything else is fine". The issue in particular, the creator background.

I'm doing everything I can to ensure that DI 9.r will be compatible with as many other mods as possible, and this one is no different.

DG isn't dependant on DI, so you can use DG with DI NC, or DI C, or even no DI at all

Also, DI 9.r isn't going to have C and NC versions. It's gonna have Limitless Creativity (LC) and Enjoyable Gameplay (EG) versions ._.
