I... huh. I installed those mods and the limbs didn't change. I think this is a personal problem when it came to the mods you have, as they could overwrite the data with the other mods you have installed, and replacing it won't fix it. I think you should take the latter option and uninstall one mod at a time and check to see if anything changed and fix it with SporeMaster. Don't worry, it shouldn't be anything difficult, just some minor tweaks.

It seems that conflicting mods seem to be a reoccurring issue with this. I use this program to make sure none of my mods are overriding each other:

I think it was created by someone on Sporedum. Just define where the data folder is and the program will list any conflicting mods in red and even tell you which part of the code is causing the problem.

Did I get the correct mods? The small list shows incompatible mods. The big list shows compatible mods.'
I will try and se if the cell parts animate again.
Remember, I had this problem since v5.2!

Edit 3: I just put the mods back. Tell me which mods affects the limb pricing and cell animations. I'll use T-search for my DNA needs for now.

The skinpaints don't work with .rasters. The .raster file is for a creation.

Aha! Fungus! I found out how to fix the limb prices!
In your DI file, there is a piece of data called "LimbRigBlocktemplate", and it was indeed changed from one of your mods. On the 20th line, you should see a string that says "<int32 name="modelPrice">25</int32>". Change the "25" to "15" and pack it.
I don't know how to fix the animations at the moment, but I'll figure something out.
Also, there is something a bit screwed up when it comes to mods. If there is a problem like the one you ran into, the only way to fix it is edit the mod itself or uninstall the game. Replacing it with a brand new file isn't going to work either, why is that I have no idea.

Actually, I ran into this problem when I was trying to help Fungus. I installed the mods he had to figure out what's going on and it messed up my DI file. In fact, I found out that in order to fix the limb problems, you need to not only edit the LimbRigblock file, but the other limb parts as well. Also, I ran into a bigger issue. Remember that in the Creature Editor your default currency is 2,000? Well, every time I open the editor, to changes to something like 1,750, but it changes when I press the "New Creature" button because the currency is reflected on the spine, yet when you change it to became either longer or shorter, the DNA points don't change. It's a lot worse in the Early Creature Editor because you have NO DNA points to spare, which makes it unusable unless you use the DNAPoints cheat.

I noticed that collada export is not working. When I use the code "colladaexport" and then open it Blender is nothing appears.
I do not know whether it supports the DI parts.
