I've been having some trouble with sharing my creations. Every time, it shares successfully, but the comments thing doesn't show, and none of my buddies ever see the creature. Is this normal? Or did I do something wrong?

if its the dark Injection creations you are trying to share,they wont show up on the online sporepedia.thats why davo made the dark injection sporepedia here on davoonline.com. if you have ga,you can put them in adventures and share them that way,though only people who have the mod will be able to play it.

... And if it's normal creations you are sharing, you have to uninstall Dark Injection if you're using V5. I'm not sure about V5.1, but I'l guess that you'd need to uninstall that too.

i can share any normal spore creation as long as it doesnt use the DS parts.
even if i add the arenas texture file, they still upload, whil DI is installed.

YES! *ahem* yes, that would be good.

As you can see by My Avatar, I already have some Heroes that could do with some abilities. (Especially in the feet!) I'm using the DI mod in the main Spore Game, but the feet make your creature the slowest thing EVER! It would be much appreciated if you added the speed capabilities other feet have.

Good job on 5.01. Though I'm mostly satisfied with the new version, there is one glitch in particular I would like to point out. In the editor parts appear with weird colors. When I go into paint mode the parts paint normally, but still this glitch is a bit irritating. Will this be fixed in 6.0? It's not major, but I would like to see it fixed. Once again, excellent mod!

those are the parts default colors. when you paint them, you are overlaying your added colors over that default skin.
these parts were not made for spore. it is more clear everytime i play with it.

I think it would be neat if this weapon had an ability that,like,shoots out a barrage of different sized rocks or balls of plasma.

I agree. And it would be awesomer if the bullets were small because giant balls of plasma the size of your creature that come from a gun that is a tenth of the size of your creature is unrealistic.

The different versions of those weapons simply have different stats.


Oh and Davo, is it possible to label areas of parts certain colors? Like, for instance, on the weapon that DarkOverlord posted, the white details and the black details are labeled "black" and "white" so that they appear black and white after the creation is painted? Because that would fix a lot of problems that people have with paint. I think.

I'm not sure how you actually do that, but it seems like you'd use labels...

This mod works on Creature Stage, too! [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TBTSy7312Q[/youtube] You can find darkspore parts in the small skeletons and early creatures. Normal parts are in the larger ones. Some parts are impossible to obtain in Creature Stage, but you can find limb fragments in Creature Stage.

You're not supposed to open the file. Just place it in the C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsSPORE_EP1Data folder and Spore will take care of the rest.

I would like to blame lack of sleep on my stupidity.. But I'm sure thats not whats causing it.

i think this part would be epic with a hydro pulse kind of attack(for those of you who've never played pokemon,its an attack that shoots a powerful beam of water)or an attack that sends a huge wave hurtling toward the foe.
