Dark Injection 9.r OPEN BETA (Darkspore everything in Spore)

PLEASE HELP,

I have Spore the full packet on steam.
And many mods work.
But the Dark Injection mod won't work complete.
And the force save mod will not work at all.
I try it on the galactic adventure data map but nothing happens.
I have try to use patch 5 and then 5.1 but nothing happens.
PLEASE HELP.

a few specific steps must be taken in order to fully experience Dark Injection.
first, you cant just patch the game anytime you feel like it.

you must patch core spore before GA is even installed. please re read the instruction on the first post.

I guess that you need INSTALL the Spore game like the ones who have it "unofficial"

1- Install Spore
2- donwload the patch 1.1 to 1.50 and install manually in that order
3- Cute and Creepy
4- Gallactic Adventures
5- download and install 1.51
6- Install the Mod


IF this don't work maybe the version you download from STEAM isn't the version 1.00 (they don't install the game in your pc in the old way so is a possibility)

Can you tell to us with version is installed when you download the game and install it clean from steam?

About the "crash-parts", there is no bug about the Captain Parts. However, I recently discovered that Outfitting parts' textures on Captains are completely messed up. By which I mean the outfitting parts don't have their own textures, but, yeah, I'm not sure how to describe this, but still messed up.

BTW, when is (approximately) v6 coming out?

while v6 will mostlikely not contain any new or better features as far as how the creatures look when painted, the amount of new things available are still being added daily by either Dooweep or myself, and we are taking request for things, for example, xtended cell parts.

Dooweep is the new mastermind behind Dark Injection. You will be quite impressed with his version of the mod once complete. I dont want to spoil the surprises. but the mod should be out soon. we are trying to make it better is basically what i am saying.

That's kinda important to me because I work on making concept ideas for Darkspore, and I'd like to show what they'd look like.

As Davo says, at this moment we can´t make the Darkspore skins/colors work. We´re trying different things but nothing worked.

hey could anyone on here help me out i am trying to get this mod to work but Ive hit a snag. i installed all the games in order and patched them in order (step one) and gotten all the files and put them in the folder (C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsSPORE_EP1Data) but when i play all i get is the different textures =( Ive been trying to fix it my self for 3 days with no results if any help could be given it would be greatly appreciated thank you for your time.

Are you saying that you can only play with darkspore textures on the parts??
Because... That's exactly what this mod makes!!.

well from what im seeing the issue i am having is patching the galactic adventures past 01.1 and the ea download manger dose not give me a option pulse when i find the patch online it says its up to date am i doing something wrong

GA will not update to 1.6/1.5 when installing patches 6 or five. If it says that it is up to date, it is up to date. Where are you putting the ds package? Or are you putting the package from ds in?
