using monolith on planets in the SOL system

Additionally, be aware that while the Spore ModAPI has empowered mod developers like never before, our ability to add "new" functionality still has its limits, so if there's nothing in Spore that can already do it, we may not be able to either. Nothing is lost in asking, but don't get your hopes up, especially not for anything really big.

using monolith on planets in the SOL system
Basically the title, can anyone do this for me? Or at least tell me how to mod it?

There should be a mod called "any tool on any planet" that lets you do that
Spore is creative, even the mods and hacks.

The monolith from that package does not work in the sol system. Try this

This can uplift any species on any planet. I wanted to make it a brand new tool like Monolith 2 or something but crops seemed so useless I just replaced crops circles with this new monolith
