Mod for relocating sentient species(and more!)

Please keep in mind that if your request is not granted immediately, that doesn't mean it never will be. Sooner or later, someone may well pop in and try to make it happen. Patience is a virtue. Just...don't go around begging and annoying people over it.
Additionally, be aware that while the Spore ModAPI has empowered mod developers like never before, our ability to add "new" functionality still has its limits, so if there's nothing in Spore that can already do it, we may not be able to either. Nothing is lost in asking, but don't get your hopes up, especially not for anything really big.

Mod for relocating sentient species(and more!)

Can this be done? because every time I try to relocate a sentient species(tribal, civilized, spacefaring) they just light a fire and die. it would be cool if:
1. relocating them to a new planet resets them to tribal stage unless you add a monolith OR or you choose to either transfer their knowledge with them and if not you use the mind erase on the citizens you abducted so they start out in the tribal stage.
2. getting the citizens of your empire more involved in the game, as in instead of placing colonies that spawn people you place colonies and you transfer citizens from your homeworld, and also citizens of other empires can live in your empire and vice-versa.
