Just imagining.. Since spore is using OpenGL

Can't we somehow make the graphics engine of spore READ glsl code and replicate it sort of virtually into the graphics engine?

I remember this one mod. That allowed you to move your creature and parts within the dias beyond limits. So you can make really long tails. or a really long neck. Can someone tell me any mod that can does this. Sort of like this mod I remember. Where you could make your creature go up and down a lot...

Maybe once sporemodder comes out. We can do a little collab. You do the coding or whatever simular to that.

I crack open the game files and make some specular maps.
