I found out something incredibly interesting today. You know the spore creature creator trial, that beta version of spore with only the creature editor and a limited set of parts? Is the portal gun part near the end of the DI parts list normally invisible? I'm using steam, so usually I'd just leave this alone, but its' the only part affected by this annoying bug (and I need portal gun!)

Yay! I did it! Here's a beautiful demonstration of the bug/oversight at work! (This adventure should function on default spore GA, no mods or C&C required, but it should work with mods too)

I think GA and spore need to be installed all together. I got them both from steam, and both games seem to use the same install folder. Also, which of the two folders did you install the mod in?

I'm not sure if this is possible. Judging from my experience of trying to match data I found in Tsearch with sporemaster, it seems that many checks aren't managed by the package files. It could also be that the site itself checks after spore sends the creature, in which case this would be impossible...

Spaceship props can be made using the building or vehicle editor, and if you want to make immobile prop creatures, there's a fun glitch out there which can do that without any mods. Heck, I swear I've seen vehicles/buidlings in the shape of christmas themed things, so I guess the custom props aren't...
