Hmm...Sounds like a great gameplay mod...I'd probably almost never use it though, because I'm kind of a Sandbox user. shame that most of it isn't (currently possible. You can't share creations that use mod content. You can share creations that are not using mod stuff.

That's still a bit too high for anything. If you made a part take up that much, your computer would certainly crash whether the game can handle it or not.
