You shouldn't make modpacks without the consent of the mod authors with Spore, as there's no platform to do so without just redistributing the mod.
In fact, some of these mods are even incompatible with each other - Solar Spore is incompatible with the Wild Herds mod, for instance.

You must own Spore on your EA account to register on the servers. That is the only way.
GOG itself provides CD keys to do this if you own Spore there, but you said you don't own Spore on your GOG account - therefore, there's no way to login without buying Spore again, preferably on GOG.

I'm not sure why this needs to exist, to be honest. The Spore ModAPI Launcher Kit works with all non-cracked copies of Spore, so there isn't really any reason not to use it.

How is it bossible? I put 1,000,000 maximum complexity and also the DNA. However, the change from the "gui" lacks indicators is intentional There is not one single complexity limit, but several - including a block/part limit, and I think a bone limit.
