I reinstalled it and the crashes have stopped, for the most part, they only happen occasionally.

Oh well, I will leave it for a while and hope it fixes its self, lol.

I even reinstalled my game a few times to make sure it was removed fully.

The only reason I can think of the game not working is maybe of a mod I downloaded, but I removed my mods.

I have never downloaded a crack for Spore or any other game.

I am sure that there are some mods that let you downgrade the Terra-score on your home planet. I am not 100% sure though, but there might be a mod like that. I haven't tried it, so you may want to back up your save. It doesn't work. You can't change t-score, Creatures, or the quantity of colonies. I am sure that there are some mods that let you downgrade the Terra-score on your home planet. I am not 100% sure though, but there might be a mod like that. ...

You could de-terraform your homeworld to t0 and then use an infinite colony placement mod to get the full cities back, no idea if it will actually work though.
